W Partnership, Inc. is a Houston-based architecture office specializing exclusively in multifamily projects. With over three decades of experience, our work with nationally-recognized developers has built our reputation for quality design that achieves commercial goals while enhancing the resident experience.
We lead projects across the entire project lifecycle—from initial concept and feasibility studies through detailed unit and site planning, and ultimately through full production and implementation across multiple sites and jurisdictions. These efforts required not only architectural and site design expertise, but also close coordination with civil consultants, entitlement teams, and local code officials to ensure that each project could be efficiently adapted without compromising quality or performance.
Through this process, we have helped establish efficient design frameworks, standardized unit layouts, material palettes, and documentation protocols that support streamlined delivery and consistent execution, while remaining flexible enough to accommodate the unique requirements of individual sites and municipalities.

Dedicated exclusively to multifamily design, we have built a body of knowledge that reduces risk and increases efficiency. Our work in multifamily architecture covers many different varieties of building typologies and site densities. We have designed two-story duplexes in a build-to-rent format, town homes, three- and four-story surface parks, four and five-story wraps and podiums, as well as more urban high-density steel and concrete frame mid-rise and high-rise buildings.
