Seasonal Intern

W Partnership is seeking talented students that are looking to grow and get a taste of what it's like to work in the industry. Successful candidates have an opportunity to contribute to creating construction documents in a team environment or help with conceptual drawings and site planning. In addition to collaborating and communicating effectively, we are looking for a motivated individual that is eager to learn.

Responsibilities May include:
· Participating in design charrettes with the Schematic Design team
· Preparing schematic site plans in Revit or CAD
· Producing 3D Models and renderings in SketchUp
· Working closely with a project team to produce construction drawings using Revit or CAD
· Attending client meetings and communicating about their design
· Performing preliminary code studies and reviewing drawings for FHA compliance
· Participating in site visits and community outreach

Qualifications:
· In progress of attaining a Professional Degree in Architecture from an Accredited University Program
· Experience in AutoCAD and Revit modeling and construction document production preferred
· Knowledge and understanding of Building Codes and Construction techniques
·  Self-Motivated Team Player & Critical thinker
